A judge must know what is the case, before and be ready to listen, if a ticket of transport or custody. Each case is very important that the parties concerned and a judge needs to ensure that the concerns on loan, sensible, fair and impartial manner.

Steve Watts: The strength of our legal system is that it is based on a single standard. Our system is set up to the election of one judge, so that decisions are consistent and in human beings, regardless of whether it is in Chicago, Decatur and Galesburg, are treated equally. To be fair manner prescribed by law, must be applied consistently by the judges to obey the law and follow a precedent. This can be achieved if judges that the decisions of their lands fallow ideologies, preferences and prejudices and strictly according to law.

Our judicial system has long overdue. Gewissenhaften judge can properly by delays monitoring their cases on record and it impels us to the current solution. — Response worked for length.
