Illinois allows homosexual couples in civil unions and with the same rights as marriage, in accordance with the legislation approved Wednesday by an Illinois House committee.

If the measure is, quite rightly, Illinois, the fifth State bourgeois unions propose that couples would benefit estate rights of the child custody or adoption, possession and others who enjoy Now married couples. Massachusetts is the only country with which homosexual marriage.

“He said that religious groups would not bless the marriage, but it seems that the real meaning of the law is a marriage act,” said Rep. Patti Bellock of Hinsdale, the top position in the Republican Human Services Committee, OK’d the measure 5-4.

It now moves to the House floor, where Harris said he hoped for a vote in this spring.

The civil unions are allowed in Connecticut, Vermont and, from February, New Jersey. Domestic partnerships, the same benefits to civil unions are available in California.

In addition to the Human Rights Act, met in January 2006, Illinois, insurance protection on same-sex partners of members of the largest in the State to a union contract workers during the 2004.

“I find it difficult here and people tell me that my partner with the same services that your wife or your husband is anyway likely to affect your marriage,” said Korty.

But Rep. Paul Froehlich, a Schaumburg Republican, said despite its name, a civil union changes the definition of marriage. “If it can be defined to mean something, then it could mean nothing,” he said.

Froehlich said the legislation allows civil unions between two adults, but could in the future to allow three or more.
